Does my roof need to be re-sheeted?

If your existing roof does not have plywood or OSB board on it then “yes” it does. Roof should be re-sheeted with 3/8 plywood to stabilize the deck movement.

My flat roof is leaking. What do I do?

Check to see if your drains are clean.

How can I maintain my roof?

Some simple tips include keeping your water ways and drains clear, keeping valleys clear of debris and regulating moss growth (power washing is not recommended).
